Piano has been in majority of my life now growing up. I took piano lessons up until high school. My second year of college, I majored in music and minored in business. During my time in college, I took piano pedagogy and learned how to teach piano. When I graduated, I applied to jobs but the only jobs that opened was teaching. That is how I started my teaching career. 10 years later, I am still teaching and love every minute of it. I have taught students in Alabama, California and now Arizona. I learned so much about teaching and about students. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing students be surprised when they understand something. They can take that knowledge anywhere they go.
